Coaching Programs
My rates are as follows:
Introductory session: 30 min. $25.00
Package 1:
4 – 30 minute calls at $ 299 –
This package includes phone sessions only 1 x/ week. Inspirational / motivational texts each week.
Package 2:
4 – 50 minute calls at $ 499 -
This package includes 4 Phone sessions, visual on line, displays email support included, texts and free phone check in ‘s up to 15 minutes/ week
Package 3:
6 – 50 minute calls at $599 -
This package includes 6 phone sessions over 2 month period of time, visual displays , email support , texts and free phone check in’s up to 15 minutes/ week
Package 4:
8 – 50 minute calls $ 799 -
This package includes 8 phone sessions over your choice of coverage period , visual on line displays , email support, texts included and free phone check in’s up to 15 minutes/ week.
Package 5: Stress Transformation/Relief
4 – 50 minute at $ 499 -
This package includes 4 phone sessions, work book, Transforming Stress text book, email support included, texts and free phone check in's up to 15 minutes / week. ( Em Wave product is an additional cost to you)
Maintenance —
$125/hr phone session after 3 month period of continuous coaching (periodic tune up’s/ check in’s)
–Group rates —
4 – 45 min phone calls at $125 / each individual ( min. 3 people) This is good for sharing , brainstorming and expanding with group energy support.
Workshops
$60 for all sessions unless specified plus supplies.
