Keys to Managing your Intentions
1- Have fun
Choose an activity that itself is satisfying, not for the benefits it promises. You’ll be more likely to stick with it after the newness has worn off. Emphasize the “want” rather than “should” in your choices of activity. Satisfaction comes from achieving a level of competence, or from simply performing the activity.
2 – Become accountable to someone you trust
It’s ok to grit your teeth and be determined to do it on your own, but the support network is important, whether it's at home, in the exercise class or in the work environment. To keep your progress constant, be accountable to a friend, a family member or a Life Coach, much like your exercise Coach. They will encourage you to continue when you don’t feel like it.
3 – Write it down
Knowing exactly how much you've accomplished whether it be exercise , what you are eating, or looking to accomplish, it often makes it harder to slack off. Without a record, it is easy to overestimate your activity level and to let other things interfere and take over. Make it important! Make it Count!
4 – Make it important
People who make priorities rather than an “add-on” are likely to integrate more of it into their lives. Having a regular workout time, planning time, eatting time, etc , also helps and is a huge factor for adhering to your plan. A flexible schedule often backfires – once a person has missed one priority, it’s easier to miss others. Schedule all your planning a week ahead and don’t cancel on yourself unless you absolutely have to.

Setting Intention
I usually love to create my vision board and set the years intention before the onset of the New Year. This year after being laid out with the flu, I really saw how attached I had been to completing 2010’s before the end of the year. How it was not possible within a reasonable amount of time.
This Year has started and I’m clear I’m still living into my future of what I WANT. I ‘ve asked family and friends over to enjoy a warm meal, gathering to create into a Powerful future once more. The joy and pleasure is abounding. There is something to be said about a visual depiction of what ones future looks like!
Now it’s your turn to take action….What will your Future Visually appear like? Play with it , Life is & should be F U N!!!

Laws of Success
The Road to Success will look very different to everyone. Depending on where One’s Belief Systems stem. These beliefs can stem from how much money in the bank we have .. all the way to something as simple as causing a smile when something we set out to do is achieved. Many define it as a means to getting somewhere. An achievement.
Consider we possibly change the context for a moment and look within… what does Success represent to us , where did that thought (s) come from…. is it a projected thought/ belief that our Parents, Society, Religious up bringing etc have bestowed upon us or responsibly speaking we’ve allowed ourselves to take on. Consider if we are all whole & complete individuals, than we have the power of choice to choose our destiny and our conversations around our own Success. Feel the freedom in ownership!
I invite you to go within and get very present to your emotions, body sensations and take inventory of what IS important to you. Create a new context of Success and what would make you Happy. Is it a new bright shiny car? A job promotion? The guy / girl of your dreams??? Than what??
Will you be climbing the ladder of wanting more, than more , than…. will it create true happiness or more of the same outcomes?? Just a thought of awareness…..

Who is Human after all? I am! I committed to taking 10,000 steps each day & increasing my exercise , decreasing my waistline by the New Year! I’ve been playing with it & having fun with myself. Taking my own coaching advise , by giving up the significance & playing with my commitments!
